One week from today, Monday, February 24thfrom 1:00-2:00 pm ET, Babson Entrepreneur in ResidenceGail SimmonsandFood Solat Babson will joinCenter for Science in the Public Interestfor a nationwide Twitter chat on food entrepreneurship.

Center for Science in the Public Interest is the national organization behindFood Day, a day of food-system awareness and inquiry that Babson has celebrated since its inception in 2011. Last year, founder and Executive DirectorMichael Jacobsonchose to visit Babson out of thousands of campus Food Day events.

The Food Day team in DC is already making buzz for Food Day 2014. Each month on the 24th, they will host a Twitter chat to build momentum toward the big day on October 24th. The first, on January 24th, was with Jamie Oliver Foundation.
