This past summer,空白中心有权加速15家初创公司的发展。夏季创业计划（SVP）。The 2018 cohort was incredibly special,as this year was the 10th anniversary of the program.Over the 10 weeks of SVP,our participants have gone achieved many milestones,但也面临着挑战。以下是今年SVP团队中有抱负的企业家的建议：
- Look for ways you can test your business and gather feedback from would be customers as quickly and simply as possible.
- Talk to your customer today.Go where your service is wanted (and not only needed).
- It's a cycle of figuring of what doesn't work until you figure out what does work.一旦你发现什么有用，把你所有的精力集中在这上面，在地上奔跑。And if that doesn't work either,不断尝试，不要放弃。

- Don't be afraid to ask for help,but also think carefully about advice you receive.You are in charge of developing and executing the vision.Everyone has input: pick and choose what you incorporate and make sure to keep in mind what you will enjoy doing!
- Spend time listening to other founders and help them with their issues.当你付出的时候，你学到的也差不多。
- If you don't know how to do something,找一个能教你的人。
- People love to give advice;自讨苦吃，it's a great way to build your network.
- Make a good connection with as many people as you can.这肯定会使你（也可能是你的朋友）在未来受益。
- 快速移动，take all the opportunities and work with your mentor(s) as frequently and early as possible.
- Once you understand the power of focus,您将能够更好地了解您的客户，and also serve them better.
- The entrepreneurship journey may sometimes overwhelm you with resources and sometimes not give you any resources.你必须明智地考虑这一点。
- You will receive a lot of advice that at times will be conflicting.作为创始人，你的工作就是过滤掉所有的信息，选择最适合公司的东西。

- Be empathetic,即使时势艰难。
