Lean for Social Innovation: Yes to TPS

And in the past year, we embarked on a one of a kind partnership with Babson to help develop a通过实践学习去年春天驾驶的课程提供。
你们中的一些人可能会想,在哪里开始?是什么”s the process like? And what’s the goal for sustainability? Very important questions which I’ll talk about from Toyota’s perspective. Over the course of three months, we go on a TPS journey:
Step 1: Babson identifies a nonprofit partner who can benefit from TPS thinking and has the openness to implement new ideas as experiments,在这种情况下，它是更大的波士顿食品银行;
